EbaSaiyo provides business software services, including AI Employee functionality, connected business-email workflows, AI-assisted drafting, and customer-configured automation.

EbaSaiyo is intended primarily for businesses and professionals acting in the course of their commercial or professional activity. Separate mandatory rights may apply where a person qualifies as a consumer under applicable law despite this intended scope.

Use of the EbaSaiyo application is governed by the EbaSaiyo Terms of Service and, where applicable, the Data Processing Addendum, Acceptable Use Policy, AI Usage Policy, Privacy Policy, and other incorporated terms.

Accessing the public website alone does not grant any license to use EbaSaiyo software, trademarks, source code, product designs, or other protected materials beyond the limited access necessary to view the website.

Unless otherwise indicated, the EbaSaiyo name, branding, website design, software, documentation, and original materials are owned by or lawfully used by the service provider and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References to Google, Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft, Outlook, Microsoft 365, OpenAI, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Clerk, or other providers do not imply ownership, sponsorship, or endorsement unless expressly stated.

EbaSaiyo seeks to keep public information accurate and current but does not guarantee that every website statement will remain complete or error-free at all times. Product capabilities may change as the Service evolves.

AI-generated content and AI Employee actions are subject to the additional limitations and customer responsibilities described in the Terms of Service and AI Usage Policy.

The website or application may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. EbaSaiyo is not responsible for third-party websites, terms, availability, or practices outside EbaSaiyo's own role in providing the Service.
