Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 8 August 2026

Effective Date: 8 August 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of the EbaSaiyo Terms of Service. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their users, AI Employees, Connected Accounts, and Customer Content comply with this policy.

1. Lawful Business Use

You may use EbaSaiyo only for lawful business purposes and only with accounts, data, systems, and recipients that you are authorized to access or contact.

2. No Spam or Unlawful Bulk Messaging

You may not use EbaSaiyo to send unsolicited bulk email or other communications in violation of applicable anti-spam, direct-marketing, privacy, or email-provider rules.

You must honor legally required unsubscribe, objection, suppression, and opt-out requests and must not use AI Employees to evade provider rate limits or anti-abuse systems.

3. No Phishing, Fraud, or Credential Theft

You may not use EbaSaiyo to:

  • obtain passwords, access tokens, payment credentials, or authentication codes through deception;
  • create or distribute phishing messages;
  • commit fraud or facilitate fraudulent transactions;
  • impersonate another person, company, authority, or service without authorization; or
  • materially misrepresent the source or purpose of a communication where doing so is unlawful or deceptive.

4. No Malware or Security Abuse

You may not use EbaSaiyo to create, deliver, coordinate, or facilitate malware, ransomware, destructive code, credential-stealing tools, unauthorized exploitation, denial-of-service activity, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

Security research must be authorized and conducted within an agreed scope.

5. No Illegal or Harmful Content

You may not use the Service to facilitate unlawful threats, targeted harassment, extortion, exploitation, or other illegal conduct.

You may not direct an AI Employee to knowingly produce or send content that violates applicable law or the rights of third parties.

6. No Unlawful Discrimination

You may not use EbaSaiyo to make or implement unlawful discriminatory decisions or to deny people rights, services, employment opportunities, housing, credit, or other protected benefits based on protected characteristics.

7. High-Impact Automated Decisions

Unless EbaSaiyo expressly provides a product approved for the relevant use case, you may not use autonomous AI Employees as the final decision-maker for high-impact determinations such as employment eligibility, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare treatment, education admission, or criminal-justice outcomes.

Ordinary support communications are permitted provided the AI Employee is not making the underlying high-impact decision.

8. Privacy and Surveillance

You may not use EbaSaiyo to unlawfully collect, infer, monitor, disclose, or exploit personal data.

You must obtain required permissions and provide required notices before connecting mailboxes or processing third-party personal data.

9. Intellectual Property and Confidential Information

You may not knowingly use the Service to infringe intellectual-property rights or unlawfully disclose trade secrets or confidential information.

10. Email Provider Rules

You must comply with the rules of connected services, including Google and Microsoft, and must not use EbaSaiyo to circumvent OAuth restrictions, mailbox security controls, rate limits, or provider anti-abuse policies.

11. AI Manipulation and Safeguard Evasion

You may not intentionally disable, circumvent, or manipulate EbaSaiyo safety controls for the purpose of enabling prohibited conduct.

You may test your own AI Employees for prompt injection, policy compliance, and robustness, but testing must not compromise other customers, EbaSaiyo infrastructure, or third-party systems.

12. Excessive or Abusive Use

You may not use the Service in a manner that unreasonably degrades availability, creates disproportionate infrastructure cost, or interferes with other customers. EbaSaiyo may enforce technical limits, rate limits, or fair-use controls consistent with the applicable plan.

13. Enforcement

If EbaSaiyo reasonably believes use violates this AUP, we may investigate and take proportionate action, including warning, restricting autonomous sending, disabling a Connected Account, rate limiting, suspending access, or terminating the affected account.

Where feasible and appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Severe abuse, fraud, security threats, or unlawful conduct may result in immediate action.

14. Reporting Abuse

Report suspected abuse to contact@ebasaiyo.com or contact@ebasaiyo.com.
